Welcome to our class on how to file a Motion for Contempt. If someone has violated a court order that involves you, including orders of custody, child support, visitation, alimony, or other orders of the court (including terms of a divorce, financial or not), this class will explain how to bring the matter before the court. If the judge finds the other person in contempt, the judge can order him or her to obey the order.
