I just bought lesson access, how can I access the lessons?

Does CALI have a curriculum or any suggestions to develop an order for using CALI lessons prior to law school?

What is learnthelaw.org?
Learnthelaw.org is a website created and maintained by The Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI, www.cali.org), (see "What is CALI?" below). The site is designed to make it easier of future law students to access CALI Lessons.
Why was learnthelaw.org created?
Every year incoming law students contact us and want early access to CALI Lessons. Before Learnthelaw, those incoming students' only option was to join CALI as an individual member ($250).
That's more than most folks wanted to spend. But we understand that CALI lessons could be a great preparation tool for many pre-law students. So we set up this site to give future law students an option to prepare for law school using CALI Lessons.
What is CALI?
CALI is the Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction (www.cali.org). CALI is a nonprofit consortium of law schools with a mission to integrate technology into legal education. Most law students know us for our Library of CALI Lessons and the coveted CALI Excellence for the Future Award, an award given out at many law schools to the student who scores the highest grade in a each class. For more information visit CALI's website.
What are CALI lessons?
CALI Lessons are short, interactive lessons authored by various faculty around the country. CALI's library of lessons consists of over 800 lessons. The lessons are written by law faculty around the country and used by many law students as a study aid. For a better idea of what CALI Lessons are, click here.
Who writes CALI lessons?
CALI hand-picks law faculty and law librarians from various law schools to author its lessons. There is about 200 hours worth of lessons available through Learnthelaw.org. We can't think of any other resource that gives pre-law school students access to so many law professors' materials for so cheap.
Who uses CALI lessons?
CALI lessons are used by current law students as a study aid at CALI member law schools around the country. There are 200+ CALI affiliate member law schools and nearly all ABA accredited law schools are members of CALI. CALI lessons usually get run around one million times each year by law students around the US.

How much does access to the lessons cost?
If you plan on attending a law school, you can access 200+ 1L CALI Lessons for 1 year for $50 or for 30 days for $10. That's a little bit better than the old $250 individual memberships, isn't it?
If you're a nonprofit, why do you charge us money for access to CALI Lessons?
While we believe in the free sharing of legal information and we provide as much as we can for free to the law school community, we just can't give these lessons away for free. We have to pay professors for their great authoring work. We have to give law schools a reason to want to join our consortium. Giving CALI Lessons away to you for free would, unfortunately, make it harder to do both of those (i.e., a pretty good way to help make our little nonprofit organization disappear).
We think $10 a month or $50 a year for this amount of materials is really cheap - check the price of your future casebooks if you don't believe us.
And don't worry; your money goes toward good things like CALI lesson creation/maintenance, legal aid projects (like A2J Author), new exciting projects (see our main website for more on those), and our general nonprofit mission to use innovation to improve legal education.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and money transfers, both done through Paypal. If you absolutely refuse to use Paypal to process your transaction, however, shoot us an email and we can probably work something out.
What if I am not an incoming law student?
The 1L Preparation Set is only available to people who plan to attend law school. If you are not an incoming law student or wish to gain access to all 800+ CALI Lessons including the 2L and 3L lessons, a general individual membership to CALI is $250/year.
