If you've asked to be paid and the employer hasn't paid you, you may be ready to file a complaint with the Connecticut Department of Labor.

You can fill out the form on the Labor Department website.

Make sure to fill out the form completely and truthfully. Don’t forget to sign it and keep a copy for yourself.
