4. Write a cover letter to send with your form

Once you've filled out the complaint form, you should write a short cover letter to go with it.

You can write your own letter, using our sample letter as a guide.

Or you can take our guided interview, which will write the cover letter for you.

Don't forget to sign your cover letter and keep a copy for yourself.
