How do I obtain a pardon?

To apply for a pardon you must complete a pardon application and return it to the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services. The application can be found at Pardon Application | SCDPPPS  or www.dppps.sc.gov, click the "Pardon and Parole Hearings" heading, and select "Pardon Application" from the drop down menu.

Before submission, you will need to be sure that all probation, parole, and sentencing are complete and restitution, fines, and fees have been satisfied.
