Equal Justice Wyoming provides various resources to assist low income civil litigants with their legal issues including:

  • Divorce (No Minor Children) - Defendant

    This classroom will assist self-represented litigants who are filing for a divorce in Wyoming where there are no minor children involved.  This classroom is for the party who is responding to a request for the divorce from the other spouse and is known as the Defendant.  The other spouse filed for the divorce is known as the Plaintiff

  • Divorce with Children - Defendant

    This classroom is set up to help those people who are filing for a divorce in Wyoming and who have minor (under age 18) children involved. This specific classroom is for the party who is RESPONDING to a request for divorce (Complaint for Divorce) from their spouse. This party is called either the Defendant or Respondent

     

  • Child Support Modification - Petitioner

    This classroom will assist those parties that wish to request that the court modify their child support payments in Wyoming.  This classroom assists the party requesting the modification - the Petitioner.

  • Child Support Modification - Respondent

    This classroom will assist those parties that wish to respond to a request that the court modify their child support payments in Wyoming.  This classroom assists the party responding to the modification request - the Respondent.

  • Custody & Child Support Modification - Petitioner

    This classroom will assist those parties that wish to request that the court modify their custody/visitation and child support payments in Wyoming.  This classroom assists the party requesting the modifications - the Petitioner.

  • Custody & Child Support Modification - Respondent

    This classroom will assist those parties that wish to respond to the other parent's request to modify custody and child support arrangements in Wyoming.  This classroom assists the party that needs to respond to other parent's request for modification, known as the Respondent.
