This classroom is for the party who is filing the divorce and is known as the Plaintiff. The other party will be known as the Defendant. If you have no minor children related to this marriage, please use the Divorce (No Minor Children) - Plaintiff classroom. The packet of forms for Divorce (With Minor Children) - Plaintiff are available through the Self-Help Resources on the Wyoming Judicial Branch website. The forms can also be purchased at the Clerk of the District Court in every Wyoming County.
