Child Support Modification - Petitioner

Once the time for the Respondent to file an Answer has expired (see Step 4) and you've sent your Initial Disclosures to the Respondent , then several options exist to move your case forward to obtain a Custody and Child Support Modification.  Read through the options below and select the one that best describes your situation:  

1. Option A - If the Respondent  filed an Answer OR an Answer and Counterclaim, and you both agree on allof the issues of your case, follow Option A.

2. Option B - If the Respondent  did NOT file an Answer OR an Answer and Counterclaim, follow Option B.

3. Option C - If the Respondent  filed an Answer OR an Answer and Counterclaim, and you DO NOT agree on all of the issues of your Respondent , follow Option C.
